Dr. Michael Weinberg, Royal College Certified Doctor In Mississauga and Toronto

Dr. Weinberg is a renowned Royal College certified physician,  meaning he has undergone recognized formal training for many years in his field of expertise in a University affiliated program, and has passed standardized examinations set by the governing body in Canada. He is Chief of his division one of the largest University affiliated teaching Hospitals in Ontario, with branches in Etobicoke and Mississauga. As an adjuct lecturer at the University of Toronto he is actively involved in teaching and examining residents. He is the founder of the Ontario Botox Clinic, Mississauga, a preeminant, CAAASF accredited facility, and also sees patients at his prestigious  second downtown Ontario Botox Clinic in Toronto, near Yorkville. He is among the most respected  Botox physicians in Ontario, being endorsed by Allergan, the makers of Botox, as an expert injector. He has represented Q Med, the original manufacturers of Restylane, as a training injector and lecturer at international meetings. He has been invited by Medicis , the present manufacturers of Restylane and Perlane, to demonstrate injections at numerous meetings and shows. With twenty years of experience administering Botox injection he is well versed on the effects of both the Botox therapeutic and Botox cosmetic, and their many uses as well as current techniques of injection. Dr. Weinberg is often solicited for his opinion by news media, and has been invited to demonstrate his expertise on several popular television shows. He has been quoted often in the Toronto Star, The Globe and Mail, and been interviewed live on several occasions on CBC television, Global Television, CTV and Rogers. Recent Television appearances include an interview on the safety  and side effects of Botox® Cosmetic.

Dr. Weinberg's degrees include an honours Bachelor of Science from University of Toronto, and a Masters in Medical Biophysics at the Princess Margaret Hospital .  He obtained his medical degree in 1990 and completed his Residency, both at the University of Toronto. He has been granted numerous prestigious awards and Scholarships, and is widely published in international journals. He is a member of several professional societies and has served as a society President. He is also past president of the medical staff association at Trillium Health Centre, and previously sat on the Trillium Health Centre Board. He is Fluent in English, French and  Dutch. He lives in Toronto with his wife and three daughters, and is an avid Fly fisherman, with a keen interest in Canadian art. Together with a close family member, Dr. Weinberg has founded and runs a charitable organization which helps fund and support The Howard Hospital, a small salvation Army Hospital in Zimbabwe, Africa.
