What to Expect at Your Appointment

Botox® Mississauga/Botox® Toronto

If you think you may be interested in more information about Botox, or other treatments at our clinics, book an appointment online or call 905-273-3045 in Mississauga, 416-207-9090 in Toronto. There is no fee for the initial consultation.  The clinics welcome patients from Brampton, Oakville, Etobicoke, Thornhill, North York, Richmond Hill, Rosedale and Forrest Hill and indeed from across Ontario. The first appointment is typically between 20 minutes to half an hour in length, at which time a medical history will be taken, and an in depth analysis of your concerns and needs will be done. You will have plenty of time to ask questions. Potential side effects of treatment will be reviewed in detail. Recommendations as to what areas need treatment, which products would best address your needs, and what amount of product you will need will be made. Many patients choose to proceed with treatment at the first visit. Treatment time may vary from only a few minutes, perhaps 5 to 10 for Botox treatment, and up  to an hour for other treatments, depending on what is being done. Some patients choose to return on a second occasion for treatment, in which case we can usually arrange it within a week or two, to suit your needs. It is advisable to plan Botox® Cosmetic and most other treatments at least a couple of weeks in advance of any major social engagement.

After Botox® Toronto and Mississauga patients will be pleased to learn there is no downtime, and you can go back to normal activities , including work, immediately. It usually takes several days , up to as long as 2 weeks in some cases, for you to see results of treatment with Botox. Mississauga and Toronto patients may be some mild redness or swelling that can be covered with makeup.
